Job Description: We are looking for a college senior or graduate with course work in Hotel, Restaurant & Administration for a 40 hour per week, 10 week long internship.

What you would do as an intern...
Food Service at the zoo is very diverse. You would gain experience in managing outdoor carts and cafeteria style restauranys, menu development, staff training and more . . .
We make sure interns try their hand in as many things as possible. Possible assignments include:
- Manage operations, ioncluding opening and closing
- Scheduling staff
- Cost control
- Training employees
