Web Programmer Internship

Its a jungle out there...Why not prepare for it with an internship at the zoo?

We are looking for an intern with advanced skills in web design to assist with the Zoos web site.

What you must have...

A serious interest in web programming
Knowledge of or aptitude to learn web programming languages such as Perl and Coldfusion.
Working knowledge of Dreamweaver or HTML
Knowledge or experience in working with CGI scripts and/or databases a plus

Possible assignments include...

Build dynamic web forms with Coldfusion or Perl
Assist in the design of web-based, paperless office systems
Build new pages for the Zoo's internal and external web site
Assist with updating information on the zoo's web sites
Add interactive features, videos and sounds to the zoo's web sites.

What type of web programming experience do you have, which languages, types of projects, etc.
What are your career goals and how would this internship help you achieve them? What do you hope to gain from this internship?
What kind of course work and/or experience do you have that would make you a valuable intern?
In what areas are you most interested in attaining experience through this internship?
