with a "Zooper" birthday party this year!
The "Zooper" party includes:
- A "Zooriffic" birthday cake
- A 10% discount at Cascade Outfitters gift shop (good only for the day of your party)
- An animal poster, ZooKey that activates animal tale boxes at various exhibits
- A souvenir cup for the birthday boy or girl
- Souvenir paper "elephant ear" hats for each guest
- A hostess/server to help Dad or Mom with your party
- The use of a reserved "hut" in AfriCafe for one hour
- Your choice of pizza (2 pizzas for the minimum number of guests) or individual kid's meals (hot dog or corn dog, chips and cookie), and choice of soft drink in pitcher(s)
- Set-up and clean-up

| Q. How many parties do you do in a day? | A. We limit parties to 3 per day |
| Q. Is there a minimum number of party guests? | A. Yes, eight guests minimum |
| Q. How much is admission? | A. Adults, $6.50; Seniors, $5.00; Youth (3-11) $4.00; under 3, Free |
| Q. May I purchase tickets in advance? | A. Yes. Call the zoo office at 220-2786 with your VISA, MasterCard, American Express or Discover card, and we will mail your tickets to you, or hold them at will call in the zoo office. |
| Q. Are there any discounts? | A. Yes. There is a 20% discount for a group of 20 or more when payment is made at one time. |
| Q. Are train rides available? | A. Yes.The price is $2.75 for Adults; $2.00 for Youth (3-11) ; under 3, Free |
| Q. What type of cake is offered? | A. A 1/4 sheet cake, which serves 12-16. Your choice of white cake w/white frosting, or chocolate cake w/chocolate frosting. Decorated with "Happy Birthday!" |
| Q. May we bring our own food for the party? | A. Yes, but there is no discount in price. |
| Q. May we bring our own cake? | A. Yes, but there is no discount in price. |
| Q. May we decorate the party "hut"? | A. Yes, but no balloons or anything taped or tacked to the wall. |
| Q. May we use the party "hut" for more than an hour? | A. Yes, but there is an additional $25.00 an hour charge |
| Q. May we store presents in the party "hut" while we tour the zoo? | A. We cannot accept responsibility for these items. We recommend that you return to your car and store them there. |
| Q. Do zoo members receive discounts? | A. Yes. Zoo members receive a 10% discount on the total bill. |
| Q. Are there menu options for adults? | A. Yes. The AfriCafe menu includes burgers, sandwiches, soup and salads. |
| Q. Will we be escorted to the AfriCafe party hut? | A. No. |
| Q. Is the AfriCafe terrace available to rent for birthday parties? | A. No, the terrace is reserved for catered events only. |
