What Can You Do To Help Save Rhinos
The Oregon Zoo, in conjunction with the American Association of Zoo Keepers and The Rhino Trust, support rhino preservation programs in several countries. For over a decade, we've been leading North American efforts toward rhino conservation efforts in Africa and Asia. Protecting rhinos in their native habitat is a costly endeavor and we invite you to join us.
In the past 30 days, over 40,000 visitors have stopped by the Zoo's web page and rhinocam to check on Imara and Miadi. While we think this is great that so many people are interested in rhinos, we also want to invite you to show your support for this magnificent animal.
Please print and mail the following form, along with your tax-deductible contribution, today. Each donation, big or small, will be used to support rhino protection efforts at the Tsavo East National Park in Kenya.
Unlike most other charities, the Portland Chapter of the American Association of Zoo Keepers will not keep any of your donation for administrative purposes. 100% of every dollar you contribute through this special web page fundraiser will go directly to the front-line effort of rangers protecting rhinos.
