Two stories tall -- a whopping 19 feet (6 m)! That's about what a full-grown giraffe tops out at. And members of this subspecies, called the Reticulated Giraffe can weigh between 1,750 and 2,800 lbs. (800-1,276 kg), making these creatures the tallest and heaviest land animals. These gentle herbivores share the African savanna with the frisky impala. Great jumpers, the impala can leap up to 30 ft. (9 m) in length or 10 ft. (3 m) in height. Nearby are some carnivorous Marabou Storks. In the wild, they feast on a wide variety of foods, from live termites and fish to dead critters they happen to find.
