Visit the zoo FREE on the second Tuesday of every month from 1 p.m. until closing.
Operating Hours The Zoo is open seven days a week, every day of the year except Christmas. Visitors may remain on Zoo grounds one hour after the gates close. These hours apply to the Cascade Outfitters gift shop, the Primate Gallery. The Cascade Grill restaurant or Cascade to Go kiosk will be open during those hours as well. |

Zoo Loop The Zoo Loop is a shorter, one mile route around the perimeter of the zoo grounds. It runs daily during Spring Break in late March, and then operates on the weekends only until Packy's birthday. At that point it runs on weekdays only until Memorial Day. This loop also runs weekends during October and during special events in fall and winter such as Senior Safari Day and ZooLights. All daytime zoo train operations cease for the year after October 28th. |
