October 19th - CCF Cheetah Lectures
12:30 p.m. and 2 p.m

Sunday, October 19, 2003 Laurie Marker, Director of the Cheetah Conservation Fund, will be giving power point presentations at 12:30 p.m. and 2 p.m., in the Oregon Zoo Banquet Center. Laurie will be accompanied by Kamau and Kgosi, two cheetahs from Leopards, Etc. Kgosi is an extremely rare King cheetah.Sis & Cheetah

Tickets are $8 general admission, $6 students, seniors and Zoo members, and are available at the Zoo reception office during regular business hours.

11 a.m. - 4 p.m.

Most kids love trick-or-treating, and the Oregon Zoo provides a fun and safe setting for this traditional Halloween activity. Trick-or-treaters will complete an intriguing scavenger hunt leading them to activity stations around the Zoo and goodie bags filled with candy and prizes. Prizes will be given out for completed hunts at the Zoo's exit.

October 31st, 8 pm - after midnight

$40 per child ($10 discount is available if the child’s parent is attending the Zoo’s Tiger Ball)
Friday, October 31 at 7:30 p.m. to Saturday, November 1 at 9:30 a.m.
Children aged 7 to 11

Includes a pizza dinner, Dracula's Haunted Castle ride, a nighttime safari tour and candy treasure hunt, continental breakfast and a visit to the birds of prey.
