When Packy's just chillin' with his elephant budies, they often enjoy a refreshing smoothie. Here's one of his favorites:
Packy's Peanutty Smoothie
1lb vanilla ice-cream
2 bananas
1 cup pineapple juice
2 oz (6 tbsps) chocolate syrup
2 tbsps peanut butter
Put the vanilla ice-cream in a blenderand pulse several times to start loosen. Break-up the bananas and add them to the blender along with the rest of the ingredients. Mix until smooth. Do not overmix! Serve right away. You can top with whipped cream and more chocolate syrup.
Yields 4 -16oz drinks
On hot summer days, Packy and friends like to make their smoothies, pour them into plastic cups and freeze. Makes for a great frosty treat!
Strawberry Kiss
1 ounce - Strawberry Liqueur
3/4 ounce - Bailey's Irish Cream
3/4 ounce - Stoli Vanilla
1/2 ounce - half and half
