| April | Notification of Acceptance is mailed |
| May 1st | Tuition / Authorization Form (with innoculations) / Shift Request Form DUE |
| May | 3 Training Days (on the first 3 weekends, either Sat or Sun) |
| June | Program Begins |
| August | Family Night (evening celebration for the ZooTeens and their families - end of the month) |
| September | Labor Day, Last Day of the Program |
