ZooTeen Program: How to Apply

• Review the requirements carefully.
• Complete the application (PDF) and questions by yourself
• Submit a reference. Ask a teacher (or if homeschooled, an adult - not a relative) to complete the reference form (PDF)
  Give them as much time as possible. It will help if you attach a stamped envelope addressed to the ZooTeen office
• Send completed application and reference form to ZooTeen office by due date, March 1st at 5pm

You will need the FREE Adobe Acrobat Reader to view and print the application and reference forms
While viewing the documents in Acrobat Reader, please be sure to choose Save from the File menu

Note: every part of the application is important. The material will be reviewed as a whole

What happens next?

...after we receive the application, you and your parents will be invited to the Parent Introduction Night. This is the time to learn more about the program and talk to teens who participated in the program

...then, you will be scheduled for a group interview at the Zoo so we can learn more about you
